Make your party the event everyone talks about and have it in the 1870 Big Barn Venue. Your guests will be surrounded with the amazing architecture that only historic barns of the past have.
Use our 6 person fancy farm wood table and our rustic farm tables (For a total of 82 seats). Also available for your use is the food cart, dessert cart, and vintage dairy sink (can be used to hold drinks). The rest of the decorations are up to you. The Bottom of the Big Barn is also included for you to use (tables and chairs for 28 people) as well as the grassy area outside the barn. Maximum of 96 guests at one time. The Barn is not heated or air conditioned, a heater or fans can be added. *The 1934 Dump Truck is only in the barn for Christmas and early spring. *Unfortunately, Flame Candles (except birthday cake candles), Helium Balloons and/or Loose Confetti are no longer allowed*.

This is a 5 hour rental (1 hour for set up, 3 hours for the party, and one hour for clean up) - add more time for just $100 per hour Everything mentioned above is included. *Please be aware that this is a functioning hay/pumpkin farm so most of the driveways and parking areas are grass and gravel terrain. This Package can be used for most parties: such as Graduation Parties, Birthday Parties, Anniversary Parties, Bridal Showers and Baby Showers, whatever you would like. Maximum of 96 guests at one time.

Warstler Farm will do the decorating for you, just bring the pictures and the food.
Make life easy on yourself - let Warstler Farm do the set up and decorating! Our team has thrown many parties and are ready to help you. You just need to worry about the food, pictures to display and the extras like advice box or team/club shirts to hang on the wall - and we can even help with the food if you need suggestions. The decorations will be mostly generic so your event can take center stage. This service is offered because people are busy, parties are stressful, and decorations are expensive. General pictures of how the party will look can be provided and special requests can be made. Included in this package: Before the big day decoration drop off. Two photo boards are included for use and gold picture table stands are available for use - just bring your pictures (only for Graduation Parties). Use of a wooden card box (white or brown). You will also get use of the grassy area outside the big barn venue for use of games (5 outdoor games are included for birthday, anniversary, small weddings, or graduation parties). For showers the included games are typical shower type games. A craft is included for kid parties. Use of tea cart and use of two glass jar rustic looking beverage dispensers for your sweet tea, lemonade, or water is included (we recommend bringing refills in gallon water jugs). Use of 2 Roll Top Chafing Dishes and a 4 tray Hot Box. Use of 96 Gold Chargers is included (not for Graduation Parties). Professional popcorn party favors for 50 people is included and all the things mentioned in the previous package are also included (extra popcorn favors can be added for a fee). Feel free to bring more party decorations if you would like to personalize your party. The updated barn includes the use of four large handmade barn wood tables, gold chargers, tea lights, an on site event employee for the duration of your party, and so much more. This room has a maximum of 22 guests seated at the main tables. Use of the outdoor tables and the gazebo (in the back gazebo area) are included and increases the seated guest number to 50). The barn is not heated or air-conditioned, but does have one wall that can be kept open for garden ambiance or air circulation, strategically placed fans are included, and a heater can be added (This barn does have some insulation so it doesn't usually get too hot or too cold). *Unfortunately, Flame candles (except birthday cake candles) and Loose Confetti are no longer allowed*.
