Warstler Farm would like to be available to everyone, please call for special prices if needed. We will also price match, if possible. Prices are subject to change without warning (this will not affect things already booked). Michigan weather is unpredictable, so all events will occur regardless of the weather conditions (unless we deem it to be too dangerous - our main goal is to keep you safe). *Any money or payments received are not refundable for any reason, unless we have to cancel (such as nature issues, like the weather conditions mentioned above, a problem with the animals, or a Covid-19 related issue) in those situations, every effort will be made to reschedule the event or we will refund your money (minus the fees payment processing charged) - your choice.
You are participating at your own risk. Remember to keep your body parts inside the trolley and carriage and stay seated at all times while the trolley/carriage is in motion (especially when Santa Claus is driving and even if you see cool lights or animals, don't stand up to point them out). The trolley goes about 10 miles per hour or less, and the roads and fields are bumpy and some hills. If you are unsure because of health issues get your doctor's approval before you ride. We have done everything we can to keep you safe, but we can't control you or nature so be proactive and be careful where you step, watch out for branches, and anything else nature might try to hurt you with. A waiver will need to be signed before going on any ride (see below).
Horses, unicorns, chickens, and cats are live animals and sometimes unpredictable and inherently dangerous. We have tried to take every precaution to keep you safe. Remember to follow the instructions of the handler at all times and do not approach the animals without the handler's permission. This includes all the animals you see at the farm and in nature.
Fire Pits have real fires in them that can burn you - do not get too close to the flames. Please be responsible for your children and keep them safe. We have tried to take every precaution to keep you safe while still being able to let you have fun - Please Stay Safe.
This is Warstler Farm's Agreement for Release and Waiver of Liability. To aid in social distancing and limit touching of shared documents and because no one wants to sign things in the dark, please read it now. During the booking process question #1 will have you type your name to use as your electronic signature to say that you read the wavier and acknowledge that it applies to you, your family including children, and minor guests.
