Rent the Historic Farmhouse
For the first time ever and for a limited time only, the public will have the ability to rent the Historic Farmhouse, built around 1850's. Although it has been renovated, it still has much of it's historic charm. Guests will be able to enjoy the sunsets, relax on the porch, watch the horses in the pasture, bike to Metamora, and walk the country roads. Not available during Santa Trolley or Holiday lights because Santa Claus stays here.
The Farmhouse is the closest place to stay near the local wedding venues- Boulder Point and Devils Ridge. The Farmhouse Vacation Rental includes the main floor only. There is one bedroom that has a new queen bed and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub/shower. Additional twin bunk beds are in the open library connected to the living room, which brings the sleeping total to four people. The farmhouse has a full kitchen and two bathrooms total. It has high speed internet and two large T.V.'s.
If available, a Fire Pit Rental, a Trolley Ride, or a Historic Tour can be added to make your stay even more special.
***Please be aware that other events maybe going on at the farm during your stay (the kitchen, the front bathroom, and living room are shared spaces). You can book the entire farm if you would rather enjoy the farm alone.***

For a limited time only, you can rent the historic farmhouse at a special rate. The Farmhouse Vacation Rental is for a maximum of 14 nights. The use of kitchen things, dishes, sheets, and towels are included. No parties (unless you also book it as a venue) and please be respectful of the neighbors. If you need anything, we can be there in minutes since we basically live there. Please contact us before booking.
